The world is changing so quickly that only one thing is actually certain: technology will continue to play a major role in the future. The bachelor's degree programs at the Technical University of Hamburg teach the basics that are needed in a technologized world, while at the same time leaving plenty of room for individual design. On February 21, students in grades 11 and up can find out about the many concrete opportunities offered by a degree in engineering at the TU Hamburg's taster study program.
Discovering the campus, gaining insights into everyday study life and learning about the requirements and content of the course: a colorful program awaits the students at the TU Hamburg. On the taster day, professors, students and student advisors will give a practical overview of the 14 Bachelor's and 27 Master's degree programs at the TU Hamburg. Prospective students will find out what is behind the Computer Science or Technomathematics degree programs, what career prospects a Mechatronics degree program offers, and what skills are acquired in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Furthermore, students report on their daily study routine and their diverse activities outside of lectures and seminars. In addition, there will be presentations on topics such as application, admission and dual studies, as well as tips on choosing a course of study.
