Fit für den Job: Deutsch am Arbeitsplatz
Du möchtest sicher und kompetent auf Deutsch im Berufsalltag kommunizieren? Unser Workshop richtet sich an Studierende und Absolvent∗innen mit Sprachniveau B1 und vermittelt praxisnahe Sprach- und Kommunikationsstrategien für den Arbeitsplatz.
Zunächst dreht sich alles ums Ankommen und erstes Kennenlernen: Du lernst, dich vorzustellen, erste Gespräche im Kollegium zu führen und dich im Unternehmen zurechtzufinden. Mit Rollenspielen und Dialogübungen übst du typische Alltagssituationen, höflich um Hilfe zu bitten und wichtige Redemittel sicher anzuwenden. Danach gehen wir auf die Kommunikation im Arbeitsalltag ein, wie z.B. Telefonieren, E-Mail-Schreiben und Gesprächsführung in Meetings. Du trainierst, deine Meinung auszudrücken, höflich auf Probleme zu reagieren und Lösungen zu finden – zum Beispiel in Simulationen, Diskussionen und Rollenspielen.
Nutze die Gelegenheit, deine Deutschkenntnisse gezielt für den Beruf auszubauen und mehr Sicherheit im Umgang mit Kolleg∗innen und Vorgesetzten zu gewinnen. Wir freuen uns auf deine Teilnahme!

In cooperation with Kiucon, the TUHH Career Center offers you the opportunity to conduct a simulated job interview with experienced recruiting experts.
Job interviews are challenging - especially for international students and graduates in Germany. But we can practise them!
In this format, international students and graduates have the opportunity to practice job interviews under simulated conditions and gain valuable experience. In this format, you can prepare for an application process in a realistic way, practise your own self-presentation and test answers to frequently asked interview questions. You will receive feedback in a confidential setting and have the opportunity to further develop your own communication skills. The interviews are held in German, English is also possible.
Objectives of the mock interview:
Familiarize yourself with the interview process
Practice answers in a safe environment
Develop strategies for the interview
Optimize your own self-presentation and answers.

So kurz vor Weihnachten soll es auch im Audimax I richtig festlich und besinnlich werden! Im ersten Teil des Konzerts wird die 9-sätzige „Nussknacker-Suite“ von Peter I. Tschaikovsky der Duke-Ellington-Band erklingen. Der zweite Teil steht dann ganz im Zeichen von „Merry X-mas“!

Fit für den Job: Souverän und selbstsicher kommunizieren auf Deutsch - Career Center Workshop
In diesem Workshop lernen internationale Studierende, ihre Stimme gezielt einzusetzen, die Aussprache zu verbessern und ihre Mimik sowie Gestik wirkungsvoll zu nutzen. Ziel ist es, im Bewerbungsprozess und im Berufsalltag selbstbewusst und überzeugend aufzutreten. Dabei werden praktische Übungen durchgeführt, die helfen, sprachliche Unsicherheiten zu überwinden und nonverbale Kommunikation bewusst einzusetzen. Der Workshop findet auf Deutsch statt. Ein Deutschniveau von B1 wird empfohlen, ist aber keine Voraussetzung – alle Interessierten sind herzlich willkommen!
Ingrid Gündisch ist ausgebildete Regisseurin mit langjähriger Erfahrung an renommierten Theatern und als Dozentin für Körpersprache und Bühnenpräsenz an zahlreichen Universitäten. Seit 2004 arbeitet sie freiberuflich und inszenierte vielfältige Stücke in Deutschland und Europa. Dank ihrer umfassenden Theaterpraxis und pädagogischen Kompetenz ist sie eine exzellente Trainerin, die Menschen zu authentischem und selbstbewusstem Auftreten verhilft.

Sie möchten sich auf eine Selbstpräsentation vorbereiten. Dabei stehen Sie vor der Herausforderung, relevante Aspekte Ihres Lebenslaufes prägnant, anschaulich und überzeugend vorzustellen und zu visualisieren.
In diesem Workshop entwickeln Sie Ideen zu den Fragen: Wie gelingt es mir, mich Personalfachleuten, die meine Lebenslaufdaten bereits kennen, im Einzelinterview oder Assessment-Center noch einmal in anderer Form vorzustellen? Welche typischen Fehler sollte ich vermeiden? Wie gehe ich mit Vorgaben und Rahmenbedingungen um?

How to Use LinkedIn for Your Career (EN)
As a student, how do I use social media business-networks in Germany?
How do I optimize my profile on LinkedIn to become visible for employers?
How can I use social networks for my personal branding?
More and more students are using business networks as for example LinkedIn (and XING) to network with each other, find out about future employers and build relationships with them. In this workshop you will learn how to continuously develop your presence in those business networks during your studies. Find out how you can later use your profiles to start your career and then use them for your career or your own business.
In advance of the workshop, it is necessary to have already a profile on LinkedIn. The advantages of the German network XING also will be explained but you don’t need a XING-profile, when we start.
