We are pleased to announce that the EIM Colloquium, entitled ‘Autonomous and Networked Cyber-Physical Systems’, will take place on Tuesday, 25 November 2025.
As part of the colloquium, Prof. Christian Renner and Prof. Olaf Landsiedel, two of our most recent colleagues in the field of cyber-physical systems, will give their inaugural lectures. Prof. Christian Renner has been successfully heading the Institute for Autonomous Cyber-Physical Systems since 2022, and Prof. Olaf Landsiedel took up the professorship for Networked Cyber-Physical Systems in April of this year.
We are pleased to welcome Prof. Kay Uwe Römer, Head of the Institute of Technical Informatics at Graz University of Technology, as a special guest, who will give a research talk on ‘Intelligent and Networked Embedded Systems’.
The event is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. and will be held on the campus of the Hamburg University of Technology. Further details on the event and a formal invitation will follow shortly.
