Diversity Awareness Training
In this interactive training, participants reflect on their own backgrounds and perspectives and explore different dimensions of diversity. Together, we examine unconscious biases, stereotypes, and discrimination, and develop practical strategies to foster a respectful and inclusive mindset in our studies, everyday life, and future careers.
The workshop aims to raise awareness, deepen understanding, and encourage conscious engagement with diversity.
The session will be held in English and is open to all TUHH students.
Participants will receive a certificate of participation issued by InterCultur Hamburg, who will facilitate the training.
