After the successful completion of the course the students should be able to

  • explain the principles of leadership ethics and management tasks and to apply management principles
  • explain and apply the fundamentals of communication
  • to model the key performance indicators and to derive measures from the models to influence the target criteria of operationsmanagement

  • to explain basic management strategies
