Career Center Workshop: Decoding - German Work References
What do German work references really say? In this workshop, you will learn how German employment references are structured, how to interpret common phrases and ratings, and what is fact versus myth when it comes to the so-called “reference language.”
Using practical examples and short exercises, you will learn how to assess work references yourself and gain insights into what recruiters actually look for when reviewing them.
