Employability Training
This workshop is a great opportunity to check your job-readiness and improve your skills to get jobs successfully. Employability is more than just getting your „first“ job. The term encompasses all your abilities, knowledge and skills that make you ‚job-fit‘ (hard and soft skills) – and stay job-fit once you have a job. You will take stock of your employability, reflect on your subject competence and improve your personal, interpersonal and workplace related skills. By identifying your strengths and your biggest challenges, you can set milestones and goals for your next career steps. The workshop includes short presentations, solo reflections, partner exchanges, experimental simulations and group work (team work, socialising, networking, negotiating, interviews rounds,…).
A few weeks after the training you will have the chance to meet again online and check in on your progress and topics, that you identified for yourself.
